I had a credit at a shoe store because the leather peeled within the first wear on a pair of oxfords I bought a while back. I got some Minnetonka moccasins to replace my Steve Madden ones that got holes within 10 wears. I'm thinking Minnetonka will hold up better since they're famous for their mocs. I also got some cute Jeffrey Campbell shoes.

actually I have two pairs of boots from Steve Madden and they're really nice, I think they just don't know how to make mocs.

You look amazing!! And i love both pairs of shoes in the first shoe photo - I can't believe that pair of shoes died after 1 wearing!!! :-O At least they gave you store credit though, how awful would it be if they'd tried not to!!!
